Hsinchu is an ancient town,
Old shops hide in lanes around.
Tonight we visit Gao's place,
Corn pancakes are their ace.
Golden kernels, each distinct,
Bean sprouts and meat are linked.
Red sauce drizzled, take a bite,
Eat them hot—they're pure delight.
Full, I sip winter melon tea,
Buying both is easy, you see.
Fifty dollars for the pair,
Just enough to banish care.
Address written at the end,
Hotline ready to befriend.
Near the station, Zhongzheng Road,
Five-two-three-eight-eight-zero.
